Wisdom Security Company will benefit from the supervision of all personnel deployed at the two locations. This is an integral part of the security services offered to all our clients. For this contract, a Field Supervisor and Operations Manager in Dar es Salaam will manage this contract to
make sure that the security guards are carrying out their duties as required. This will involve management of complaints,
correcting faults within service levels, and ensuring proper supervision. Our Services communication procedures are met, report incidents, and ensure all daily operational procedures are executed correctly. Supervision will involve:
>> Rider supervisors will provide supervisory support to the deployed guard force at no extra cost to Wisdom Security Company. They will undertake routine supervisory patrols at the designated assignments and coordinate the deployment of replacement guards to ensure no post is unmanned due to unplanned absences or extra manning level requirements as well as other administration functions.
>> Random checks at various times by the Operational management teams to ensure that our security guards are performing as expected through a surprise drop-in inspection that can happen at any time and during any event. Not only are they checked, but they are questioned about the role and post in the form of training and to reinforce lessons learned. This additional level of oversight will ensure that the deployed personnel perform their duties to the highest standards, safeguarding assets, visitors, and personnel.
